Contortion Day 3

Today I went through my research pictures that I've collected and tried them out on my sculpture's face. Some ideas came out great! ... Some not so much.

So I took a Screen shot of her face and put it in Photoshop.The reason was so I can start thinking about how her markings will be.  I really like the way way this design came out. I like how it's like a crown with gems. I want her to have a neck design of some kind but I'm not happy with this design. I want something more lacy.

Some of my other ideas came from a photo in a book I just got the other day. It has different pictures by Clive Barker and one stood out to me the most. His shuna sassi nightbreed, her nose I fell in love with, I just had to try it on my sculpture and to my excited surprise it looks great on her! :D

 I need to work on her side profile. It looks a little lumpy.

I wanted to do something for the back of her head. It was just too plain. So I  thought of putting the gem effect I've got on the front to the back. For now I like it.

Here is a look at what my work area looks like. I got my research on hand  my music and my work.

 The picture there is a Picture of Cruella DeVile Fashion doll's face.  The way her cheeks were I also fell in love with but unfortunately it make my girl look more like a chipmunk.

 Or at least made it look like she had food in her mouth.
